Marc Leverant is the Founder and CEO of MLab, leading the company's mission to bridge the gap between design, finance, and civic policy with the CityFlow predictive intelligence platform.

Marc brings over 15 years of institutional design leadership to MLab. As a Senior Associate at an internationally renowned architectural firm, he led the design and management of complex projects across institutional, commercial, mixed-use, and residential sectors. His hands-on experience coordinating disparate teams and navigating high-stakes regulatory environments revealed the systemic inefficiencies that cost the AEC industry billions in project delays and lost value.

His background in large-scale urban design initiatives at the Earth Institute, which focused on sustainability and community policy, provides a unique, holistic perspective. This experience is the direct driver for CityFlow's "Dual Impact" thesis, which merges financial viability (ROI) with critical community metrics (Gentrification Index, Public Health Scores).

Marc is a proven project leader with expert proficiency in the core digital tools of the AEC industry (Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD). He holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and a B.A. in Architecture from Clemson University.
